Fresh, balanced and immensely moreish, this is a best in class Touraine Sauvignon from the esteemed Domaine du Haut Perron, today managed by Cedric Allion (whose father Guy founded the estate). Grown on gentle slopes of clay limestone with deposits of flint, the wine is raised in stainless steel tanks for maximum freshness. A great candidate for your house white.
