There’s no great mystery behind Sébastien Treuillet’s consistently delicious Pouilly-Fumé. He’s a meticulous vigneron who can draw on parcels with a range of terroirs (albeit not including P-F’s famous flint soils) to blend his one and only white wine. The 2022 is fresh as a daisy, with classic aromas of nettles, ripe citrus and gooseberry. It’s one of our best-selling whites to restaurants and understandably so.
