Exquisite rosé made from the fruit of Emiliano’s youngest Nerello Mascalese vines on the north slope of Mount Etna. The northerly aspect and those famous, vertiginous (700 metres’ altitude) volcanic slopes account for this wines’ crispness and mouth-watering salinity. In the best traditions of Italian rosato, it also boasts sufficient body and personality to pair with a wide range of cuisines.
