Pressoni is a celebrated south-east facing vineyard with relatively heavy soil. A blend of 80% Garganega and 20% Trebbiano, this wine was raised on its lees in tank for two years. It has extra body and complexity compared to the estate Soave, and aromas including orange peel, peach and tropical fruit. The finish is long and subtly saline.
