Managing an impressive 100 hectares of prime Burgundy vineyards spread across Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise, Albert Bichot is under the direction of winemaker Alain Serveau and Albéric Bichot, the 4th generation of the Bichot family.

Les Amoureuses is one of the great vineyards of the Côte de Nuits and for many can even surpass the neighbouring Grand Cru of Bonnes Mares. This has gorgeous aromatic intensity and a lovely sense of minerality throughout. There is lusciousness but refinement, too and a profound concentration and great length. Drink from 2019
