Les Grands Blancs is a complex yet harmonious non-vintage Champagne blended from ten different Grand Cru sites – all on (white) pristine chalk soils – in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. This release is based on the ’17 and ’18 vintages. It underwent malolactic fermentation and spent the customary five years sur lattes, so boasts exquisite curves despite receiving just 3g/L. Expect enticing aromas of ripe and candied citrus, nougat and brioche. The palate is broad and inviting but tapers nicely to a focused, cleansing finish.
