A very complete and harmonious dry Riesling, with ripe fruit, shimmering acidity and a cleansing chalky finish – all singing from the same hymn sheet. It’s a blend of fruit from around the municipality of Dorsheim, vinified and raised in tank. Bottled under screwcap. What a lovely start!
