The wine that really made us sit up and take notice of the super-talented Ben Haines, this is a fragrant, delicate and immensely pretty Pinot that can be enjoyed lightly chilled. Hailing from a handful of cooler sites around the Yarra valley, it was raised in used puncheons and, like the majority of Ben’s wines, bottled un-fined and unfiltered. Artwork by Bella Johansson
