2014 Chablis Les Chatillons
This is a great year for Chablis, with a nose of oyster shell minerality, saline, stone fruit, yellow apple. This wine is intense, with refreshing acidity, and will go brilliantly with oysters, smoked salmon or scallops.
`The 2014 Chablis Les Châtillons comes from 45-year-old vines and sees élevage for 15 months, 15% vinified in oak barrels and the rest stainless steel. It has an attractive bouquet with citrus lemon, grass clipping and subtle slate-like aromas.
