2014 Barolo Bricco Pernice

Wine colour
Italy > Piedmont
Elvio Cogno
Tasting Notes:

Intensely perfumed, with mulberry, dark cherry, earthy tones. As it opens, more floral aromas and savoury notes emerge, which carry through to the palate. Tannins are polished and sleek, and there is a definite feel of Burgundy about this wine. Don`t be deceived by its easy going structure or medium body - this is a wine that needs to be put away for 5+ years
