La Cadette is made from an equal mix of Mourvèdre, Carignan and Grenache from old vines and tiny yields. It spent almost two years in stainless steel cuves before bottling and displays great freshness and balance. It has a real air of sophistication.
`It offers a terrific bouquet of blueberry, currants, violets and lots of peppery spice to go with a medium to full-bodied, polished, layered palate profile that continues to freshness up and gain structure and more tannic grip with time in the glass. Give it some air if drinking anytime soon.` 91 Points, Jeb Dunnuck, eRobertparker.com.
