Domaine Agnès Paquet

Agnès Paquet began making wine when her family threatened to sell some vineyards they owned in Auxey Duresses. She jumped in and has never looked back. Gradually she has increased her holdings through various purchases over the years, including vineyards in St Aubin and Chassagne Montrachet and her recently renovated cellars are immaculate. Stylistically her wines are elegant with an emphasis on minerality and refinement of the wines. New oak is used sparingly, and the wines are bottled unrefined and unfiltered.
